Yesterday I was torn between concentrating on the Project Safety and Health message and your presentation style. First, you took command by having us fill out name tents. Second, by having us introduce ourselves. Third, by actively keeping us involved by addressing and interfacing with each of us by name. Fourth, by moving around to keep us attentive to your message. Fifth, by your passion for your message.

I have been involved in a lot of seminars as a participant and trainer, done my share of public speaking, so perhaps more inclined to evaluate the effectiveness of the speaker in concert with the message. Now many presenters can excel at step five, passion. But it takes a real professional who knows how to incorporate steps one through four to really sell the message. Yesterday, I was in the presence of a Master! Thank you for the experience."
